These terms govern your use of this page, which Precision Dentistry ("we", "us") operates so prospective patients can request a $199 New Patient Exam at our Columbia, MD office. By using the page or submitting the form you agree to these terms.
Appointment requests
Submitting the form is a request for an appointment, not a confirmed booking. No appointment exists until a member of our team speaks with you and confirms a date and time. We aim to call back within one hour during office hours, but response times are not guaranteed.
The $199 offer
The $199 New Patient Exam is available to new patients of the practice and covers the services listed on this page: a comprehensive oral exam, X-rays, a 3D digital scan, a dental cleaning and a customized treatment plan. Appointments are limited and the offer may be changed or withdrawn at any time. Any additional treatment identified during your visit is quoted separately and is entirely your choice. Clinical judgement may mean a listed service is not appropriate at your first visit; if so, we will explain why.
Insurance and payment
The $199 price is the fee for the visit described above. If you have dental insurance we will discuss how it applies before treatment begins. Payment is due at the time of service unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Cancellations
Please give us as much notice as you can if you need to change or cancel a confirmed appointment, so we can offer the time to another patient.
No dental or medical advice
